2. Buying from us

Our online store is run by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, VAT and returns requests alongside us. Prices include VAT where it applies.

3. Digital products (courses, kits, Setup Packs, Course Packs, workbooks)

• You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning.
• Please don’t share, resell or republish them. If you’d like to use them with a team, contact us about a team licence.
• Course Packs are designed for Claude and ChatGPT. Those services are provided by third parties, may change without notice, and are covered by their own terms. We keep our materials up to date, but can’t guarantee every screenshot matches the latest version.

4. AI output

AI tools can make mistakes. Always check important information yourself. We are not responsible for decisions made using AI output.

5. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
